Bist du bereit, in die aufregende Welt von Social Media und Influencer Relations einzutauchen? Fabletics, bekannt für seine hochwertige, modische Sportbekleidung für Frauen, sucht ab September einen talentierten Praktikanten. Das Praktikum dauert 5 bis 6 Monate und wird in unserem Berliner Büro stattfinden.

Deine Aufgaben? Du wirst die Konzeption und Durchführung von Influencer-Marketingkampagnen unterstützen, Micro Influencer und UGC-Creator identifizieren und an aufregenden Shootings, Events und Kampagnen teilnehmen. Zusätzlich wirst du das Fabletics „Gifting Program“ verwalten und dabei wertvolle Kenntnisse über Tools und Strategien zum Analyse von Performance und Wachstum sammeln. So bleibst du im Rennen, indem du die besten Praktiken von Mitbewerbern beobachtest.

Das Praktikum ist Teil deines Studiums, und du solltest fließend Deutsch (B2) und Englisch (C1) sprechen. Wenn du laufend in einem Bereich wie Kommunikation oder Business studierst, haben wir vielleicht genau den richtigen Platz für dich. Wichtige Eigenschaften sind gute Organisationsfähigkeiten, ein Gespür für Online-Kommunikation und Social Media-Trends (wie TikTok & Instagram) sowie eine Leidenschaft für Mode.

Fabletics is currently looking for an Social Media Intern – Influencer relations – for the DE market.Fabletics offers high-quality, fashion-forward activewear for women. Aufgaben

• Support conceptualization and execution of influencer marketing campaign for Fabletics
• Identify and source Micro Influencers and partnerships including UGC creators.
• Support shoots, events and campaign launches.
• Help to manage the Fabletics “Gifting Program” and learn about the right tools, processes, and strategies to analyse performance and growth.
• Assist in creating and designing of the Influencer-Campaign’s briefing
• Benchmark from competing brands to stay aware of successful influencer relationship strategies and partnerships
• Execute performance analysis using common Influencer- and Online Marketing Tools
• Organize and maintain new collections in the showroom

ProfilPlease be aware that this internship must be a compulsory part of your studies (Pflichtpraktikum) and you have to be fluent in English (C1 level), and German (B2)This position will report to the Influencer Relations Manager.

• Ongoing studies in business, communication or similar
• Excellent organization and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Good knowledge of online communication and social media platforms and trends (TikTok & Instagram)
• Strong interest in fashion and innovation
• Willingness to learn independently in a structured organization as well as in team projects
• Joy in copywriting and good writing skills
