Das beinhaltet nicht nur die Webseitenpflege, sondern auch die Unterstützung von HCP-Anfragen und das digitale Demand-Management für Menschen mit Diabetes sowie Gesundheitsdienstleister. Dass Sie mit einer effektiven Paid Media Strategie und durch Maßnahmen wie SEO und CRO erfolgreich sind, ist selbstverständlich. Darüber hinaus vertreten Sie das globale Marketing bei Tier 1 Diabetes-Kongressen und arbeiten eng mit lokalen Kollegen sowie dem globalen Team zusammen.

Haben Sie einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Kommunikation? Perfekt! The Company:Our client is an American manufacturer of innovative and technologically unique medical implants, which improve the life quality of the patients tremendously. They relied over many years on distributors in Europe, but with a recent product improvement they decided to strengthen the regional business and to create further stronger teams across Europe. For the already established organization in four European countries and the further expansion, we are looking for a Senior Manager European Marketing (f/m/x):The Position:

• You will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting the European media strategy including the websites, organic media and HCP demands
• Build digital demand generation and conversions for people with Diabetes and Healthcare Providers (HCPs), including Paid Media Strategy, Web, CRO, SEO to address i.e. key opinion leaders, general practitioners and hospitals
• You are going to develop paid Marketing strategies for a successful social media and web approach
• Represent Global Marketing at Tier 1 European Diabetes Congresses (ATTD, EASD)
• You work closely with the local Marketing employees, coordinate activities with the global Marketing team and with the Country Heads and local Sales Managers in respective countries

Your Profile:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
• You have experience in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries, best case a background in diabetes: Blood glucose monitoring, continuous glucose monitoring, insulin delivery or pharma
• 5+ years of Marketing including HCP Demand Generation, Consumer Demand Generation and Web
• You can present product information about complex technical devices and surgery procedures in a very detailed, accurate and comprehensible way
• You have the ability to handle stress and different challenges well, while maintaining motivation to continue existing and new business
• You have excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, which enable you to talk about the medical and technical details on a level of relevant decision makers
• You have a strong hands-on attitude and feel at home in a growing organization – you are used to work in a matrixed organization
• You consider yourself an entrepreneur and self-starter
• You report into the US HQ
• You are fluent in English
