  • Create and refine high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, including articles, speeches, executive messaging, presentations, social media, and thought leadership content
  • Translate complex business and strategic topics into clear, engaging, and audience-focused communication and storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global communications teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders to ensure aligned and integrated messaging
  • Support communication plans, campaigns, and external visibility initiatives while identifying opportunities through market and media trends
  • Drive communication activities independently in an international environment with strong stakeholder management and execution focus

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in external communications, journalism, thought leadership, speechwriting, or comparable communication-focused roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and strategic messaging skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities combined with a good understanding of media, digital, and social media landscapes
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and international cross-functional teams in a structured and collaborative manner
  • Curiosity, creativity, ownership, and a passion for shaping impactful stories; experience in multinational organizations and/or the energy sector is considered an advantage
